The Model AS-2 Universal AutoSync is designed to lead/lag any two rotary or reciprocating compressors with powered pressure switches without the unload feature that are currently signaling the starter coils. The AS-2 will operate both compressors in either manual or automatic lead/lag control with a 10 minute to 7 day swap cycle. Field adjustable.
Option: 5-second totally unloaded soft starts (TUSS) for 2 recip compressors

The AS2PT Universal AutoSync is designed to lead/lag any two rotary or reciprocating compressors and replaces the pressure switches currently controlling the starter coils with a highly accurate Pressure Transducer. Operates in either manual or automatic lead/lag control with a 10 minute to 7 day swap cycle. Field adjustable.
Options:
- Pressure Transducer Up to 250 psi
- 5-second totally unloaded soft starts (TUSS) for 2 recip compressors

The Model AS-3 Universal AutoSync is designed to work with any three rotary or reciprocating compressors with powered pressure switches currently controlling the starter coils. Operates three compressors in manual control and provides efficient operation and lead/lag cycling of all three compressors. The lead/lag cycle is by manual selection only.
Options: Pressure Transducers to replace existing pressure switches
- Up to 150 psi operating pressure
- Up to 250 psi operating pressure

The UAS2PT is specifically designed to lead/lag two compressors where one compressor has controls that are not accessible to the standard AutoSync technology. Pressure control is supplied by the UASPT via our very accurate pressure transducer with display. The UASPT is attached to the accessible compressor.
The UASPT controller can also be installed in the conventional way to operate each compressor in automatic lead/lag control when both machines are accessible to the controller.

The Model AD Universal AutoDual is our flagship controller and is currently installed on compressors from 1-1/2 hp to 250 hp. Designed to operate any one rotary or recip compressor at its maximum level of efficiency, the AD includes:
- Automatic Dual Control – Timed out 4-20 mins or select Start-Stop Control
- 5-Second Automatic Initial Unloading Delay for loadless starts, removing the major stress contributor from the starter and motor
